Maçãs folhadas

Sem farinha e sem manteiga!

 

Vai precisar de…
12 maçãs pequenas
2 xícaras de cafezinho de açúcar cristal
1 colher de chá de canela em pó
1/2 limão

Utensílio
1 assadeira com 20 a 22cm de diâmetro

Vamos começar!
1- Coloque as 2 xícaras de cafezinho de açúcar no fundo da assadeira e coloque-a na boca do fogo, em temperatura baixíssima, até que ele derreta e forme um caramelo. Este processo demora um pouco, cerca de 20 minutos.
3- Quando o açúcar estiver metade derretido, pré-aqueça o forno a 200ºC.
4- Enquanto o açúcar está no fogo, lave as maçãs e, com uma faca, retire a parte do centro, onde ficam os caroços e o talo. Deite as maçãs em uma tábua e corte-as em rodelas finíssimas (do talo ao fundo). Por ter tirado os caroços, as rodelas ficarão com um furo no meio. Veja como fizemos no filme. Conforme for cortando, coloque as maçãs em um recipiente e pingue gotas de limão para impedir que elas escureçam.
5- Quando o caramelo estiver derretido, comece a montar!

#DicaDaTia: se o caramelo estiver ainda com alguns grãos de açúcar, não tem problema. Eles irão terminar de derreter no forno.

6- Arrume metade das maçãs por cima do caramelo lembrando que a parte de baixo é o que ficará para cima quando desenformar a torta, então arrume-a bem bonita. Em seguida, polvilhe com 1/2 colher de chá de canela em pó. Arrume a outra metade das maçãs, finalize polvilhando com mais 1/2 colher de chá de canela em pó e leve ao forno pré-aquecido por cerca de 1h, até que estejam cozidas (espete um palito para saber).
7- Retire do forno, espere 5 minutos para que ela esfrie e desenforme no prato de servir. Sirva quente com sorvete de creme e bom apetite!
