Rende de 20 a 25 brigadeiros

Vai precisar de…
1 lata de leite condensado
1 colher de sobremesa de manteiga
1 xícara de chá de açúcar refinado
1 vagem de baunilha ou 7 a 10 gotas de baunilha líquida
1 maçarico
Manteiga para untar o prato

Vamos começar!
1- Corte a vagem da baunilha ao meio e raspe o pózinho de dentro.
2- Em uma panela, coloque leite condensado, manteiga e a baunilha (casca e raspas ou a baunilha líquida). Leve ao fogo médio e mexa sem parar, até que ele fique denso, com ponto de brigadeiro para enrolar. Retire a casca da baunilha e descarte.
3- Unte um prato com manteiga e coloque o brigadeiro quente por cima. Espere esfriar para enrolar. Aproveite e coloque o açúcar refinado em um outro prato ao lado.
4- Faça as bolas de brigadeiro do tamanho que quiser (nós usamos uma quantidade equivalente a meia colher de chá de brigadeiro), coloque-as no prato do açúcar refinado e envolva-as com ele.
5- Em seguida, coloque as bolas em um outro prato e passe o maçarico para que ela fique toda dourada. Espere esfriar por alguns segundos, vire o lado e passe o maçarico embaixo, para que o brigadeiro fique todo dourado e maçaricado. Espere esfriar novamente e coloque-os nas forminhas. Está pronto!
