Lasanha com molho de tomatinhos e fraldinha na ponta da faca

Vai precisar de…

550 g de Fraldinha
Molho de tomate do Post anterior, a mesma quantidade. (2k de tomatinhos)
1 cebola grande
2 colheres de sopa de salsa picada
1 colher de chá de extrato de tomate
1 colher de sopa de manteiga
2 dentes de alho grandes
2 colheres de cafezinho de sal para temperar a carne
2 colheres de cafezinho de sal para finalizar a carne misturada ao molho
2 colheres de cafezinho de sal para a água que irá cozinhar a lasanha
2 colheres de sopa de fondue
2 colheres de sopa de leite
2 colheres de cafezinho pimenta moída na hora
12 a 15 pedaços de massa de lasanha
4 colheres de sopa de parmesão ralado

Vamos começar…
1- Você ja deve ter o molho do post anterior pronto.
2- Limpe a carne e pique-a em mini pedaços, veja no filme. Reserve
3- Lave, descasque, pique a cebola, e a salsa, descasque e esprema o alho.
3- Misture a carne picada o alho, o sal, a pimenta e o extrato. Reserve
4- Em uma panela, coloque a manteiga,espere derreter e coloque a cebola picada, deixe até que fique transparente (uns 15 minutos) em fogo médio.
5- Em seguida coloque a carne e deixe até dourar (uns 30minutos) depois de dourada, coloque a salsa picada, espere 2 minutos e coloque 3 conchas do molho de tomate e deixe cozinhando em fogo baixo por 10 a 15 minutos, teste e coloque o sal.
6- Numa vasilha coloque o fondue de queijo e o leite, misture. Reserve
6- Em outra panela, coloque água para ferver, o sal e quando estiver fervendo coloque a massa para cozinhar por 2 minutos. (ela fica bem al dente pois ira acabar o cozimento no forno) Retire-a e vá montando a lasanha.
Caso a massa saia da borda da travessa, como a nossa, apare as bordas depois que a lasanha estiver montada.
7- Comece a montar:
a) Molho de tomate
b) Massa
c) Molho da carne
d) massa
e)Molho de carne
f) Fondue de queijo (veja no filme)
g) Molho de tomate
h) Parmesão ralado
Leve ao forno quente.
Com esta quantidade fiz 2 lasanhas médias.
É uma lasanha bem leve e muito gostosa
