Camarão à milanesa

Este camarão é uma verdadeira delícia! Você pode servi-lo como entrada, com um limão partido ao meio para acompanhar, ou como prato principal, com purê de batata ou arroz de cenoura. No arroz de cenoura você pode acrescentar uvas-passas, se gostar :)

 

Serve 1 pessoa como prato principal ou 2 a 4 pessoas como entrada

Vai precisar de…
13 camarões médios e tratados
1 colher de sobremesa de salsa picada
1 dente de alho espremido
1/2 colher rasa de cafezinho de sal ou 3 pitadas
2 pitadas de pimenta moída
2 colheres de sopa de farinha de trigo
2 colheres de sopa de farinha de rosca
1 ovo
1/2 limão
1/2 xícara de óleo

Vamos começar!
1- Coloque os camarões já tratados em um recipiente com água e o sumo de 1/2 limão espremido. Deixe por 5 minutos para lavar.
2- Enquanto isso, pique a salsa. Coloque-a em um prato, esprema o alho por cima e acrescente 1/2 colher de cafezinho de sal e 2 pitadas de pimenta moída. Misture e reserve este tempero.
3- Quando der os 5 minutos dos camarões, escorra-os, lave-os em água corrente e seque-os bastante com papel toalha. Misture-os ao tempero reservado e bata o ovo inteiro em um prato de sopa utilizando um garfo.
4- Passe o camarão temperado no ovo batido, depois na farinha de trigo, de novo no ovo e por último na farinha de rosca.

#ObsDaTia: tente fazer este processo com os camarões um a um para que fiquem melados do ovo e das farinhas por todos os lados.

5- Acenda o fogo em temperatura alta e coloque o óleo para esquentar. Quando estiver quente, diminua o fogo para médio e coloque os camarões, um a um, para fritar. Deixe dourar dos dois lados, retire-os do óleo com uma espumadeira e coloque-os em um prato forrado com papel toalha. Está pronto!

    • Olá Claudia! Tudo bem? A primeira leva dos camarões frita bem rápido, em poucos segundos, pois o o óleo estará bem quente. A segunda, demora um pouquinho mais, pois o óleo não estará tão quente, mas é bem rápido também. A cor é exatamente a da foto, um dourado bonito. Não tenha pressa de preencher toda a frigideira de uma vez. Você pode começar colocando um ou dois camarões no óleo quente, esperar eles dourarem de um lado, virar o lado, esperar dourar novamente e retirá-los para, então, começar a fritar o resto quando estiver mais segura. Uma dica que está na receita e que será muito importante é: depois que o óleo estiver quente, diminua o fogo para temperatura média e esperar alguns segundos antes de começar a fritar.
