Linguado da casa


Serve de 4 a 6 pessoas

Vai precisar de…
500g de filés de linguado
3 colheres de sopa cheias de azeite de oliva
1 colher de sopa cheia de manteiga
1 limão
1 cebola média/grande
2 colheres de sopa de salsa
40 uvas sem caroço
5 a 6 folhas de salsa
2 colheres de cafezinho rasas de sal
50ml de vinho branco
1 colher de cafezinho de pimenta branca moída
1/2 xícara de chá de creme de leite

Vamos começar!
1- Lave o peixe em água corrente e coloque-o em um recipiente com água. Esprema 1/2 limão na água e guarde a outra metade para o tempero do peixe. Deixe por 5 minutos.
2- Enquanto isso, corte a cebola em rodelas finíssimas e pique a salsa.
3- Misture a salsa picada, o azeite e a pimenta branca moída e reserve.
4- Quando der os 5 minutos, retire o peixe da água, lave-o novamente na água corrente e retire o excesso da água com papel toalha. Passe a mistura de azeite no peixe dos dois lados e reserve.
5- Em uma frigideira grande, coloque a manteiga e a cebola em fogo baixo, tampe e deixe amolecer sem deixar dourar. Enquanto isso, corte as uvas ao meio no sentido do comprimento.
6- Quando a cebola estiver amolecida, destampe a panela e coloque o vinho. Espere 1 minuto e acrescente a sálvia, o sal e o peixe. Tampe a panela novamente e deixe até que o peixe fique cozido (evite sobrepor totalmente os filés de peixe). Deve demorar de 10 a 12 minutos.
7- Depois de cozidos, acrescente o creme de leite e as uvas, tampe a panela e deixe cozinhar por mais 2 minutos. Está pronto! Sirva quente e bom apetite!

#DicaDaTia: Você pode substituir o linguado por filés de tilápia (st. peter), robalo ou outro peixe de sua preferência.
